Step 3 — Write quality content but one of another kind… your legal pages.

Why legal pages?

1) You want your business to be seen as serious, professional and credible

2) You want to avoid being sued

3) You want to avoid having to sue others

Privacy Policy

The policy statement serves an essential role in informing the audience what exactly their personal data is required for. It lets them know beforehand why their data is crucial, besides giving a list of information the site will capture.

A Privacy Policy is required by law.

Affiliate disclosure

An affiliate disclosure is a statement that specifies that you get compensated by companies whose products or services you mention or link to on your site. The FTC requires websites with endorsements to include affiliate disclosures. Affiliate marketing programs also require affiliate disclosure statements.

Earning Disclaimer

An Earnings Disclaimer is an essential agreement for websites and apps that promote strategies and programs to help users make money. Generally, it states that income is not guaranteed and that the user needs to have the necessary knowledge and put in effort to make strategies work.
